Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and nonstick spray.
  2. Combine the flour and seasonings in a small bowl. In a second small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Dip each chicken chunk into the egg mixture first, and then coat with breading second. Be sure to coat the chicken pieces well, and even repeat this step a second time if you want them extra breaded. Pro Tip: Normally I dedicate one hand to the egg bowl and one hand to the breading bowl. This tends to be the least messy way to knock out this step.
  4. Place breaded chicken chunks on the prepared cookie sheet. Lightly spray the chicken pieces with cooking spray and then bake in the preheated oven for somewhere between 9 and 11 minutes. (Chicken should be cooked to a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit)
  5. Heat up the Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce in the microwave while the chicken is finishing baking (with a little bit of butter if you want to tame the spice level a bit) Somewhere between a minute and two should do the trick.
  6. Once the chicken is out of the oven, toss your boneless wings in the warm Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce! Serve wings with your favorite veggies and some ranch or blue cheese on the side! Bon appetit!!
